📝 What is a Non-Immigrant B Visa (Non-B)?

A Non-Immigrant B Visa, commonly referred to as a Non-B Visa, is a temporary visa issued to foreign nationals who wish to work, do business, or intern in Thailand. The visa holder must also obtain a work permit (Work Permit) to work legally in the country.

  • Single Entry: One-time entry, valid for 3 months

  • Multiple Entry: Multiple entries, valid for 1 year

  • A passport with at least 6 months of validity

  • Issued with a temporary stay visa

  • A work permit (Work Permit) or approval letter from the Department of Employment

  • The employer company must have a registered capital of at least 2 million THB

  • The company must maintain a ratio of Thai employees to foreign employees of 4:1
